Wedding stationery is so important for setting the tone of your day and giving your guests a little taste of what is store for the big day but sometimes you can't find an invite that is quite right for your special day. For those couples that have quirky or unique themes or perhaps just haven't seen anything else they like this bespoke service is perfect for you.
I will work with you to create a unique design for your invites that you can carry throughout your day.
This listing is for a deposit on the custom design service. Prices will vary depending on on your requirements so please contact me to discuss your ideas and recieve more details on pricing.
If you like one of my current designs but just require a few alterations to the illustrations please contact me for a no obligations quote.
Once you have purchased this listing I will email you directly to start discussions on your design. Within 1-2 weeks you will be provided with several design ideas and then I will work with you to refine these ideas.
You will receive a set of proofs of your design and are allowed up to 1 sets of amendments (any further amendments may incur additional costs).
Then if you would like me to arrange printing for you, I can send you a quote for the additional costs using my trusted UK printers or I can provide you with the print ready pdfs to arrange the printing yourselves.

The whole process usually takes up to 1 month from design to print, however depending on your requirements and the number of amendments and my other work commitments this can vary, so I would recommend starting conversations up to 3 months before you want to send them out.

Please note that once an item has been dispatched I cannot cancel the order.
However, if it is a non-customised item you may return the product unopened and intact within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. If you have ordered a personalised item this cannot be returned unfortunately unless faulty or damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent.
Payment for ready-to-go wedding stationery designs will be via a custom listing to be paid before I begin work on your order. If you are ordering a bespoke design I require a deposit initially to hold a 'production slot' for the custom work. I will then deduct the deposit from the total cost when the bespoke design has been approved.
Dispatch days: Mon, Weds and Fri
Delivery times after 'processing' your order:
UK First Class: 1-2 working days
UK Special Delivery: Next working day
International Standard: 5-10 working days
Please be aware that 'processing time' accounts for the time it will take me to make your item before being dispatched. I guarantee to make your item and dispatch your item within this time. This applies to next day delivery option as well, please understand that the items may not be with you the next day after ordering but instead the next working day after 'processing time'.
Once I post an item I cannot guarantee how long it will take the postal service to deliver the item to you unless you opt for a shipping upgrade.
All items will be sent first class via Royal Mail as standard to UK addresses.

PLEASE NOTE - Guaranteed next day 1pm only applies to items posted Mon-Fri, items posted on a Saturday should arrive the following Monday unless a Bank Holiday.
PLEASE ALLOW FOR PROCESSING TIME, items will not necessarily arrive the next day after ordering, instead they will arrive the next day after dispatch/processing time.
All items will be sent 'International Standard' via Royal Mail (aims to deliver within 5 to 10 working days). Please note this time frame is just an aim, the postal service cannot guarantee the delivery within this time. Any additional customs fees that any be incurred are not included in the postal costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Prints and flat paper goods will be packed in reinforced 'do not bend' envelopes to protect their contents.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom made and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. If the items are faulty or damaged please return them to me and I will replace the item or offer you a refund of the items value and the original postal costs.
Other items which are not personalised/customised need to be returned within 2 weeks of purchase to receive a full refund of the items value and original postal costs.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty I would be happy to replace or exchange the item for you once you have returned the original damaged/faulty item.
